Optimum health is of the utmost importance to active seniors such as yourself. The Towers is 100% dedicated to helping you stay well and fit. To that end, we promote a number of wellness and fitness activities that will help enhance your quality of life.
You can start by participating in one or more of our community clubs, which
sponsor activities such as aquatics, bicycle riding, hiking, golf, lawn bowling, paddle tennis, even on-site horseback riding.
If you’re a fan of regular workouts, the Laguna Woods Village community fitness center provides owners with a fully-equipped exercise room and comprehensive program of group and individual exercise classes taught by the recreation division staff and Saddleback College staff.
Included in this facility are a gymnasium and a separate equipment room. Our gymnasium hosts activities that
include group exercise classes, volleyball, half-court basketball, dance and badminton classes. Our equipment room houses a variety of exercise equipment including treadmills, pull-down machines, stair-climbing machines, stationary bicycles, computerized rowing machines and miscellaneous exercise aides.
