Road Trips
Plan to add some very interesting road trips to your list-of-things-to-do at the Towers at Laguna Woods Village. That’s because our Activities Staff plans numerous day trips throughout the year that have proven to be extremely popular with our owners.
By example, board our bus and head to Palm Springs for a live performance of “The Fabulous Palm Springs Follies”, currently starring singer-dancer Susan Anton headlining the legendary Follies cast.
Or journey into Africa at the San Diego Wild Animal Park, home to more than 3,200 wild animals that include elephants, lions, tigers, rhinos, zebras and giraffes, all of which roam freely over expanses of land representing Africa and Asia. Our tour includes a guided monorail ride through the park narrated by an informative expert. You’ll even visit the Nairobi Village and Heart of Africa without ever leaving Southern California!
Or join us for a trip to Pasadena’s celebrated Descanso Gardens, featuring one of the largest camellia collections in North America. 
Board the tram for a guided tour through the Gardens, enjoy lunch at a well-known restaurant, then finish your day at the Norton Simon Museum, whose famous art collection is among the finest in the country, featuring works from Monet, Degas, Raphael, Van Gogh and others. These are just three of the many planned trips you can take as a suite owner at the Towers.
